The Sächsische Dampfschiffahrt operates the largest and oldest fleet of historic paddle steamers in the world! Our nine authentic side-wheel steamboats date between 1879 and 1929 and provide you with a unique nostalgic experience! Enjoy the chime of the steam whistles, the rhythmic huffing of the hard working steam engines and the watery splashes of the paddle wheels. Our steamers are superbly restored in all their classic glory and provide you with a comfortable experience onboard.
