Weddings
It has become an international trend to get married at a unique location or a special venue. How about a marriage ceremony aboard an authentic paddle steamer?
The unique charm and nostalgic ambience of these remarkable steam beauties gives that very special day a fabulous touch, full of classic gracefulness. The wedding ceremonies may be conducted in lovingly refurbished salons, capable of seating up to 40 people.
Wedding Ceremony
| Dates for Ceremonies: | From May to October, every 2nd and 4th Wednesday and Thursday (except state holidays) |

| Continuation of Journey: | Naturally possible following the completion of the ceremony |
| Costs: | 75,00 Euro The costs for the cruise and any musical accompaniment are added-on separately |
And after the Ceremony?
Following the wedding ceremony, you may continue aboard the paddle steamer to the Pillnitz castle and then to the location of your wedding party. Alternately, you may also plan to host your wedding party on the steamer. Our catering partner „die flotte Schiffsgastronomie GmbH“ will be pleased to offer you a variety of attractive service options for a possible celebration onboard. All menus and buffet selections of course will be tailored to your wishes.
Charter
In case you would like to have a truly exclusive wedding experience, of course you can also charter your own ship for the occasion. Our historic paddle steamers are available from May to early October on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday and Thursday of the month (excluding state holidays).
Even if your wedding is scheduled for a different time than the above mentioned dates, we can still offer you a ship charter for your ceremony. Alternately it is also possible to hold a wedding party aboard, following the conclusion of the ceremony at another, nearby venue. Please contact us to discuss the large variety of different and creative package options. Everything, from the decoration of the ship, to the catering possibilities, to the onboard entertainment program can be customized to fit your wishes and expectations.
